1. Who We Are

TimeBack AI ("TimeBack AI," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Michael Norris, a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of South Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through mytimebackai.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide to us directly. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies of any kind on this Site.

• Free assessment quiz. Your answers to the 7-question workflow quiz, plus your name and email if you choose to provide them to see your result.
• Contact form. Name, email, and optionally phone number and a message, if you reach out directly instead of taking the quiz.
• Discovery Call and Review Call. Information you share verbally during these calls about your business and workflow, used to prepare your Report. With your consent, calls may be recorded using an AI note-taking tool for accuracy (see Section 6 of our Terms of Service for details on call recording consent).
• Payment information. If you purchase the AI Tools Assessment, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, collect, or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Calculate and deliver your free assessment result.
• Respond to contact form submissions and schedule calls.
• Prepare your custom AI Tools Assessment Report, if purchased.
• Send you the Report, receipts, and communications related to your engagement with us.
• Improve the accuracy of our free assessment estimates and our tool recommendations over time.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. How We Store Your Information

Quiz responses and contact form submissions are stored in Supabase, a third-party database provider. Supabase hosts this data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

Lead notification emails (alerting us that a new quiz or contact form submission came in) are sent via Resend, a transactional email provider, from leads@mytimebackai.com.

General correspondence (e.g. replies to your questions, your Report delivery) is sent from hello@mytimebackai.com via Zoho Mail.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

We do share information with the service providers listed in this policy (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Zoho, and our hosting provider, Cloudflare) strictly to the extent necessary for them to provide the service we use them for. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their platforms.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TimeBack AI, our clients, or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain quiz responses, contact form submissions, and Report-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and maintain business records (including records needed for the refund guarantee window described in our Terms of Service).

If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details in Section 8 and we will honor that request except where we're required to retain certain records by law (for example, payment records connected to a completed transaction).

7. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, you can contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete your information, subject to the retention exceptions in Section 6.
• Ask us any question about how your information is used.

We will respond to any such request within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version in effect at the time you use the Site will govern. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
