Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing the AI Tools Assessment. By completing checkout, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who We Are

TimeBack AI ("TimeBack AI," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Michael Norris, a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of South Carolina. These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the AI Tools Assessment (the "Assessment") described on this page.

2. The Service

The Assessment is a paid consulting service consisting of three parts:

Discovery Call. A 45 minute conversation to understand where time is currently being spent in your business.
The Report. A written report identifying specific pain points and recommending 3 to 7 AI or software tools expected to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, delivered within 7 business days of the discovery call.
Review Call. A 30 minute follow up call to walk through the report and answer questions.

The price of the Assessment is $500, charged one time at checkout.

3. The Guarantee

We guarantee that the Report will identify at least 5 hours per week of potential time savings, using the low end of the Report's own conservative, range based estimates.

If the Report does not identify at least 5 hours per week at its low end, you may request a full refund of the $500 purchase price.

Refund window. The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the date the Report is delivered to you. This window applies regardless of whether the Review Call has taken place.

What the guarantee does and does not cover. The guarantee is based on the Report's own written estimate at the time of delivery. It is not a guarantee of actual results achieved after implementing any recommended tool, and it is not a guarantee that any specific tool will perform as described by its vendor. We do not control third party software, its pricing, its availability, or its performance, and we are not responsible for outcomes that depend on a client's own implementation, adoption, or use of a recommended tool.

How to request a refund. Contact [email protected] within the 14 day window referencing your Report delivery date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Refund requests made outside this guarantee (for reasons other than the 5 hour threshold not being met) are not covered by a published policy and will be considered at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.

4. What the Assessment Is Not

The Assessment is a set of tool recommendations based on information you provide during the Discovery Call. It is not:

Legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
A guarantee of business outcomes, revenue, or profit.
An endorsement, warranty, or certification of any third party tool, software, or vendor.
Ongoing implementation, technical support, or software configuration, unless separately purchased.

You are responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to purchase, implement, or continue using any tool recommended in the Report.

5. Client Responsibilities

The accuracy and usefulness of the Report depend directly on the information you share during the Discovery Call. You agree to provide accurate, good faith answers to the best of your knowledge. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the Report that result from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the Discovery Call.

6. Recording of Calls

With your consent, the Discovery Call and Review Call may be recorded using an AI note taking tool for accuracy purposes. You will be notified at the start of each call and asked to confirm you are comfortable being recorded. You may decline recording and the call will proceed without it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Report prepared for you is yours to use for your own business purposes. TimeBack AI retains ownership of its underlying methodology, templates, tool database, and any proprietary systems used to prepare the Report. We may reference the general nature of engagements (without identifying you or your business by name, unless you separately agree) for our own marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeBack AI's total liability arising out of or related to the Assessment is limited to the amount you paid for the Assessment ($500). TimeBack AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost time, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Report or any recommended tool.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
